Is there a correct 'protocol' when using Virgin Active Gym Spa? i.e what comes first...sauna or bubble pool?!
I recently joined the Leeds Virgin active Gym and went in the spa area today, named 'bubbles', for the first time. I don't know if I was being paranoid but I felt like everyone there had some kind of superior knowledge on 'how' to use the facilities and I didn't really know what to do so I just ended up sitting in the bubble pool for 10 mins then making a swift exit. The spa area contains a bubble pool (which was kind of 'split' into 3 section....1st section was a large pool with bubbles, 2nd section was a jacuzzi in the middle of section 1 and 3rd section seemed more "bubbly' and was more shallow to allow for reclining in the water I surmised.)...also a sauna, steam room and sanarium. Oh and a 'japanese foot spa' which look like oddly shape tiles on the floor with knobbly bits on which I assume you have to walk over. Oh and sun recliners (but with no sun?!)...I was very confused by it all....Is there a correct order to tackle all those in?! Help!
I always go to sauna firat, then to Jacuzzi.
