Steam Sauna Calories
Am i dieting correctly?
Im 15, 5'6 and weigh 144 lbs. I want to eventually get down to 123 lbs. I started at weighing about 157 lbs. But it seems like its going too slow, like i might be slowering my metabolism, please help.
this is my normal eating day.
breakfast- special K
lunch- whole grain sandwich and some fruit and water.
snack- fruit or 100 calorie pack or maybe nonfat ice cream.
dinner- low fat or low carb dinner that my mom makes (shes on a diet too. lol)
but some days I only have like 2 small meals a day.
and then no eating after dinner exept lots and lots of water.
I exercise about 3-5 times a week (running, stairs machine, abs workout, swimming, Saunas And Steam Rooms at a lifetime fitness center.)
Am i doing this correctly? any tips on what i should change?

It does look good. How long have you been doing it? A good weight loss is 2-3 lbs a week. However, as you get closer to your goal weight, weight loss can slow down as your body thinks it is starving. I would say keep doing what you are doing and make sure you get 1200 calories a day. Any less and your body does think it's starving and will hold on to weight even harder.
