What are the pros and cons of living in downtown Montreal Jardins Windsor Condo Complex by the Bell Center?

We are planning to move into a 2 bedroom corner unit in the Jardins Windsor Condo complex in the newer buildings with access to a pool. We are interested in renting or maybe also buying. We were wondering if anyone recommends such a move with actual experience living there or knows someone who has lived there. Is it quiet, the area, streets and neighbors? Is the area safe? Are neighbours friendly? Is the concierge service quick and the buildings well taken care of? Are the facilities gym, sauna and pool packed to capacity - always or at times maybe during weekends? Does the garden get packed? If anyone has lived in Jardin Windsor - downtown Montreal, on St Jacques, de la Montagne or Jean D'Estree and moved out may add why they moved out. Otherwise, if you can suggest a building in the downtown area please do. All and any feedback will be helpfull. Thank you so much for the time you took to read this post and hope this can help all interested in the same.

Don't overthink this one. This probably will not be the last place you live and the best way to find out is to do it. Ask for a month-to-month lease. If you really need input, then why don't you go to the building and stop someone coming out of the front and ask him/her what they think?
