should i drink water or spit it out?
when i go to gym, i jog for 5 minutes, cycle for 15 - 20 minutes, and cross trainer 10 minutes. it burns lot of calories and fats. i get very thirsty during this section. and i drink lot of water n dont feel good. should i just drink a sip or 2 or run it in mouth n spit it out? (i usually drink 3 glasses of water during this burnout, its lot of liquid in my stomach and thats not good)
after that i do all types of weight exercises. then ir sauna 15 min, with 1 cup of water with me to drink..
any experienced bodybuilder and or lean fit out there?
i have some info that drinking it is not good, run it in mouth to get rid of dry mouth n continue. is that rite?

I bring a full 32oz water bottle with me every time I go to the gym, some days I finish it and feel just fine. Some days I drink a lot and certain movements will make me want to vomit. The key is to find the amount of water you can handle for your workouts. You need to drink at least some water to keep hydrated. Try having small sips of water instead of large gulps between sets, it's easier on your stomach.
