can a Harvia c150 sauna control centre work on single phase?

If this is a for a home sauna in the US it has to work from single phase. Very few homes have 3 phase wiring in them and in most cases it's not even available. The user manual for the C150 which includes the C80/1 and C90 states that it is "for the control of 1-phase Sauna Heaters". The M60E heater can be installed using 1 phase or 3 phase power connections. For home use it would be installed for single (1) phase power. See the link below for the user manual on line.
